1. Go to my.billstat.us
2. Enter your email address (the primary account holder) in the first box. You will see the words email address in gray.
3. Enter your password. You should have created your own password from the link in the second email sent to you when you purchased Bill Status. Bill Status does not retain passwords.
**Make sure the password you use is AT LEAST 9 characters long, including a number or special character**
If you already created a password, and it wasn't 9 characters long, you may experience log-in issues.
To resolve these issues, select "Forgot Password" and email will be sent to you where you can make changes.
If further problems continue, email - email@example.com with: your name, the email address you are trying to use, the password, and a phone number where you can be reached.
