Online Tracking and Reporting

Reports update every 15 minutes and are immediately accessible and available to you via the Bill Status Platform. Available with all 3 plans. 

Create Custom Reports

Choose the bills, by bill number,  you want to follow, through the Bill Status Platform, and quickly add them to the report. The bill's status is updated and highlighted as our system receives the information. You can create and send reports in the app (platform) or your desktop.  Available with all 3 plans. 

Bill Access

Read and follow all bills through the legislative process with the Bill Status Platform. Available with all 3 plans. 

Committee Calendar and Agenda

The Committee Calendar and Agenda is a day-by-day list of all House and Senate posted committee meetings with the date, time, place, and agenda, including bill numbers and bill topics, for meetings.  Professional and Executive Plan clients will be able to sync the committee calendar with their own. 

Committee Report

The Committee report contains a complete listing, by week, of all House and Senate posted committee meetings with the date, time, place, and agenda, including bill numbers and bill topics. Also included is information we obtain from the Chairperson and Clerk of committees on planned committee meetings and agendas. This report is available year round as regular and interim committees meet. It is available with the daily reporting package included in the Executive Plan.

First Readings Report

The First Readings report is a daily (legislative day) report of bills that are introduced and that receive a first reading. The report includes the bill number, sponsor, title, bill synopsis, and committee assignment of each bill. This is available for viewing in the Professional Plan and is included with the daily reporting package in the Executive Plan. 

Track Legislation By Keyword or Phrase

Create custom reports with the Bill Status platform by tracking legislation via keyword or phrase.  This is included with the Professional and Executive Plans.

Email Alerts

You will receive an alert when a committee meets or if there is a change in a bill's status that you are following. This is included with the Professional and Executive Plans.

Weekly Bill Status Report 

At the end of each legislative week,  a bill status report of all bills introduced in the House and Senate is provided to each client. The report includes the following information on each bill: number, subject, sponsor, committee assignment, date of and action by each committee, date and action taken by the House and Senate; date sent to the Governor or Secretary of State (Constitutional Amendment), date Governor signed, and the Act number assigned by the Secretary of State.  This is included with the Professional Plan and Executive Plan. 

Legislation Monitored For You

We track bills by keyword, topic and bill number. Just tell us what is important to you. This is available only with the Executive Plan. 

 Second Readings Report

The Second Readings report is a daily report of bills receiving a second reading after being reported from a House or Senate committee . It includes the number, sponsor, title, fiscal note, and committee action taken (amendment, substitute) for each bill reported to the House and Senate to be placed on the calendar. This is included with the Executive Plan. 

 Resolutions Report

The resolutions report includes meaningful resolutions only and does not include housekeeping or congratulatory resolutions. This is included with the Executive Plan. 

Senate Confirmations Report

The confirmations report is a cumulative update, following each legislative day, on the status of appointments subject to confirmation by the Senate.  This is included with the Executive Plan. 

Bill Status Report

 This report includes the following information on each bill: number, subject, sponsor, committee assignment, date of and action by each committee, date and action taken by the House and Senate; date sent to the Governor or Secretary of State (Constitutional Amendment), date Governor signed, and the Act number assigned by the Secretary of State.  This is included in the Professional Plan and Executive Plan.
